Natasha Richardson 1963~2009

~Natasha Richardson - May 11, 1963 ~ March 18, 2009~
Passed away as the result of a tragic skiing accident.

I have long been a big fan of Natasha Richardson~ born into a family rich in film, she was the daughter of the late Tony Richardson and actress Vanessa Redgrave. Ms. Richardson is survived by her husband, film star Liam Neeson and two sons, Michael and Daniel.

Among her many roles, a few of my favorites~

~Wild child

Will be sorely missed.

    I was thinking that Liam Neeson was in Love Actually playing a role that now in real life he finds himself. Very sad, young, beautiful, talented, gone in a flash. My sympathies to the family and all the fans.

    Thanks for your good wishes to my mom. She has a tough road to recovery but will make it.

    I cannot imagine how her family are feeling - it seems so pointless and such a tragic waste of a beautiful life. xv

    Debra Thank you so much for posting this tragic loss. Ina mentioned Love Actually which is a favorite film of mine,which Liam is in. It is most heartwarming. Why is it that this happens, I always ask God this question even thouogh I know the answer....to bring out the love & compassion in all of us and bring us closer.

    Such a tragic loss ~ I've been a big fan of hers for years and have always enjoyed what she stood for and how she lived her life in such a high profile profession. She will be so sadly missed.

    I was shocked when I heard about her passing on the news; I can't believe it happened so suddenly.

    Her beauty and talent will be missed, I feel so awful for her family.

    This is such a tragedy. I cannot imagine the sadness for her husband and family. She seemed such a lovely person. Did you ever see her in the movie, Widow's Peak? A really wonderful film and she was so beautiful in it. My prayers are with her family.
