The sun is finally out here- making things seem warmer- even though it's very cold. I could go for a slice of your bread-all toasty, warm and sweet with jam.
Oh Debra - with another scorcher due here in South Australia (113F.) today & again tomorrow, sadly all I see is our beautiful garden desperately dry & crispy. As our State has permanent water restrictions, we have to eke out our water rations to our most precious plants, but seeing all our huge old Oaks, Pines & Silver Birches struggling is heart-breaking. Enjoy your weekend, we are all feeling very tired & weary here, this weather saps all our energy from us & we have no relief in sight. Millie ^_^
Millie~ I would gladly send off some of the white, fluffy stuff your way. With the heat you are experiancing, I appreciate your visit. You will be in my thoughts and I hope that the heat subsides quickly for you.
Hemlocks and birds. So, so many birds. I have a large glass feeder that hangs just outside my office window, over my right shoulder! They watch me all day.
Deb- A VERY beautiful picture!! Was it taken with the new camera? I see trees, birds and squirrels. The other day the woodpecker was out doing his thing. xoxo
I started this blog to share my illustrations and my love of home. It soon became the place where I could document my favorite things. I love home, family, cooking... but most of all I love a day when I sit at my drawing table for hours and hours. Thank you for visiting and your comments, each one is greatly appreciated.
So pretty! I see a gray sky and choppy water - a bit windy today.
