Little Black Dress


I'm searching for the elusive, perfect, little black dress...


Not too short~







Not too clingy~











But just right~
We have a couple of events coming up that call for the wardrobe staple.

    Try Nordstrom either at the store or online. They carry variations of the "little black dress"

    I need the body that looks good in the little black dress first!! Black House/White Market do they have one in your area. Always had nice selection. Good Luck!

    I have a black dress or two - whether they are perfect I don't know. I do love a wrap dress in black jersey - always works for me, xv.

    I have one of each, a clingy one, a not so clingy one, a classic timeless one, and many other variations on the perfect black dress.
    Good luck finding one...I always think the ones that have absolutely no hanger appeal are the perfect ones.

    Vicki~ I love a wrap dress- I have one in gray! Perhaps I should look for it in black!

    pve~ My favorite is a Liz black linen, sleeveless and way toooo old for words. The hunt is half the fun, don't you think?

    I have lots of black outfits and what I love about them especially is how easy they can be accessorized! Jewelry, scarves, shoes,.... Cannot wait to see what you come up with!!

    Debra, try Ann Taylor, they have classic timeless pieces. A very deep midnight blue would also be an alternative.

    completely agree with Patricia....it is always the one that you weren't going to try because it doesn't look good on the hanger that ends up being perfect.
