ReplyDeleteI like to grill vegetables with alittle extra virgin olive oil mixed w/a few minced herbs (oregano,basil or mint). It's simple and very tasty.
I haven't tried artichokes with rosemary, but will!I like any veggie grilled or roasted and raw.
